The staff members are very polite and the room is very clean and comfortable.The food here is also very good,overall everything is nice and I will definitely consider people to stay here because of the hostility. Best quality food and service is provided here.

The service here is too good as well as the staff. Overall everything is nice there. The owner of the hotel is very considerate and the hotel provided us with the best quality of food and clean sorrounding. The room provided to us was very clean and comfortable.

Stayed there from 31.10.2021 to 01.11.2021 in room #115 & #118. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Sanjay Singh is not a good person and he has a lot of notoriety in the market (we came to know from the local people) and tourists must avoid his hotel. His behavior is extremely rude towards tourists, that’s why tourists generally avoid his property. I’ll request everybody not to choose Hotel Grand ever for your stay. Do not think of it even. They are dangerous, Mrs. Priya, the receptionist, is completely a liar & fake person. There are lots of issues like cleanliness, room size, unhygienic, safety and security issues, worst behavior with tourists. Not recommended for staying with family. The hotel is not even worth Rs. 300, and they are charging Rs. 900/night per non-AC room. There are lots of other excellent hotels nearby at the same rate, like Hotel Neel Kamal, etc. This experience will be remembered for a lifetime.

Hotel Grand is a buddget Hotel, we have stayed in this hotel for two days,we were provided standard A/C Room which was one of the best rooms of the hotel.Staff was very coprative, Room was neet and clean,food was very delicious and location of this hotel is very nice.

I visited this property last week. What I found interesting was the location , as according to the location of the hotel, the standard room what I booked was quite reasonable. Infrastructure of the room was very good , room was clean and standard in the size. Though Room Service was little bit delay but staffs were very polite. I found this hotel very good along with the room if you want to go after the location and have a peaceful stay
